#NewRegulations Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Amr Talaat, announced new startup regulations during the Techne Summit held in Alexandria. The regulations include the launch of a platform for remote startup establishments with a capital requirement of EGP 1,000 ($32) and no set location.
